Our new Oadby Yoga Centre and Yoga Teacher Training School is conveniently located in the heart of Oadby, Leicester. We are at 37 Parade, upstairs inside Pioneer Gym and The Stack Cafe.
Our studio is designed to be a peaceful sanctuary where you can unwind and rejuvenate. It accommodates up to 20 people and features a beautiful, light-filled space with mood lighting, candles, and incense to create a calming atmosphere.
We provide all the necessary equipment, including mats, blocks, yoga straps, bolsters, and blankets, so you’re fully supported whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. For those committed to their yoga practice, we recommend bringing your mats and accessories for a more personal service. The studio also offers showers and restrooms for your convenience.
We even have a cosy room off the studio for your children to relax, making it easier for you to enjoy your yoga practice, even during the school holidays.
You can access the studio via the main entrance at 37A Parade, through the cafe. We also have a rear entrance via the car park for those struggling with stairs. If you need any accessibility, please let us know, and we will accommodate you accordingly.
Located downstairs is a fully equipped gym where you can complement your yoga practice with holistic strength and stabilisation exercises. This private gym also emphasises work as a foundation for all training, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your well-being.
Our holistic establishment offers the ultimate blend of breathwork, flow, and strength training, enhancing your overall lifestyle and well-being.
We offer convenient parking at East Street, directly behind the studio, with rates at £1.50 per hour. Additionally, ample free side street parking is available nearby.

I have dedicated myself to the discipline of body and mind all my life, starting as a trainee ballerina at the Royal Ballet School. The rigorous training required immense dedication and skill development, shaping me into the professional I am today.
After an enriching international career as a dancer, I felt a profound pull to return to my roots in Leicestershire. My journey across Europe since age 18 brought me back home, driven by physical and emotional connections.
Years of dancing have endowed me with a deep understanding of energy, anatomy, movement, fitness, mindset, nutrition, and overall physical well-being. My fascination with the intricate relationship between the mind and body led me to pursue a Master of Arts in choreography, focusing on the mind. I completed my MA in Wigston, reflecting on how each step of my journey has contributed to my spiritual and personal growth.
With my master's Degree in dance and education, I worked at esteemed institutions such as Leicester College and De Montfort University. I also founded a dance school, furthering my passion for movement and teaching.
Yoga entered my life while I was still performing professionally. From my very first lesson, I was captivated. Yoga brought me a sense of calm, centeredness, and a connection to something greater than myself. This newfound passion led me to delve deeper into my practice and eventually earn my 200-hour teacher certification with Sun Power Yoga in 2007 under the guidance of Anne-Marie Newland in Leicester.
During this immersive yoga journey, I discovered more about myself and cultivated a deep love for personal growth. The teachings of yoga have provided me with priceless insights into my body's energy flow, overall well-being, and mental focus.
These teachings have enriched my approach to dance and yoga and provided unwavering support throughout my life. Today, I teach yoga classes in Oadby and Leicester, offering in-person and online courses for those who prefer practising at home or living further away. My offerings include beginner classes and more advanced poses.
Additionally, I have developed various wellness programmes focusing on mental well-being, mindfulness, and nutrition. These programmes support your journey towards a healthier and more balanced life.
