The Mind Health Programme is a meditation-led programme that teaches you how to stop living with anxiety and overwhelm. By learning how to centre our minds with simple and practical mindfulness techniques we can rewire our thinking patterns to create more self confidence, more inner peace and clarity.

Join us every Tuesday evening at Parkland's Leisure Centre Oadby for yoga. Payment and booking via Parkland.
Join us every Thursday at St Paul's Church in Oadby for yoga. Pay as you go allows you to simply drop in to classes at any time, booking required via this website due to class size restrictions.
Join us every Friday morning at Leicester Squash Club, Leicester for a restorative and recentering practuce.
Wake up for our Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday yoga class at 5:30 am GMT. This is an online class via Zoom. All abilities welcome.
This monthly yoga pass includes access to my online yoga subscription service, access to the weekly Thursday Evening Yoga Class in Oadby at 7:30pm, access to my weekly 10am Friday morning class in Leicester, and access to my online early morning 5:30am online yoga classes. This does not include acces to the Tuesday class at Parklands.
The aim of Yoga is to reach our full potential, what we call become "Self realised". Living an authentic life, a life that liberates us from fear, and moves us into a place of peace, possiblity and purpose.
Yoga, mindfulness and concscious living provides us with a practice to explore that helps us release our fears, worries, stress, concerns and all of the things that no longer serves us.
As we start to change our vibration and energy we leave behind the lower frequencey aspects of ourselves, and as we become healthier we start to step back into our light, our self confidence grows and we feel more grounded and content.
Life on Pointe takes us on a personal development journey where we learn practices that support the body and mind, we learn about the parts of us that need to be healed, and also dis-cover the parts of us that we are hiding and not allowing to shine.
Many people think of yoga as a class and exercise routine we do on a mat, but yoga is a system for life.
Yoga as a lifestyle practice is a transformational apprach to our mind, lives and spirit. With a conscious attitude towards our life and personal growth, we can turn around all aspects of our life.
Yoga is empowering ourselves with Self-knowledge and connecting deeply with our true selves to help us elevate through life and become who we are meant to be.
