Hi, I'm Cheryl Wimperis, Founder of Life On Pointe. I want to share the benefits of a holistic lifestyle using Yoga-based movement, Mindfulness Tools and Nutrition.
Life on Pointe is an inclusive community that supports each individual's flourishing by teaching with creativity, to inspire others on how to practice these skills!
I have created a series of services and courses for likeminded individuals to join me on this journey together.

Mindfulness is a transformational technique you can learn. It involves learning how to turn down the noise of everyday life and our mind chatter. This is done by being on the journey of noticing what's happening in the present moment without judgement.
Developed to help with mental health problems, Life on Pointe's "Mind Health" Programme is a structured mindfulness-based process.
The course guides you on a journey of self-discovery, teaching you how to control your thoughts, relieve stress, anxiety and overwhelm, and take control of your life.
The practice of mindfulness has helped all of Life On Pointe's students cope with common mental health problems like depression, anxiety, and stress.
Yoga and nutrition go hand-in-hand. A healthy balanced diet provides the same benefits as yoga practice. It purifies your body and mind to free yourself from pain, discomfort, or disease!
Practising together will help boost your wellbeing and ensure that everything inside us thrives—from our minds to each cell structure in this complex machine known as "you."
Life On Pointe offers a Healthy Habits nutritional programme that explains how to eat for gut health. It feeds the body and mind with whole foods, and creates simple homemade recipes for all ages. It also provides vegan supplements to make the body as healthy as possible.
Yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, chakras, energy healing, and developing healthier habits are all incorporated into the Life On Pointe Certified Lifestyle Programme, so that we can immerse ourselves in our own healing process.
Using a whole lifestyle transformational programme, we address the three main pillars of our health:

You'll learn about chakras, energy and mindfulness, but your programme will be tailored to meet your needs.
Our Life On Pointe Lifestyle Programme moves at our own pace. Personalised life skills enable us to sustainably change our relationship with ourselves and see rapid changes in our emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual health.
As a natural healer and energy worker, I have always been fascinated and inspired by energy work.
I was always curious about life, energy, spirituality, and how we operate as human beings in my professional dance career, and I was always creating, exploring, and exploring.
When my career as a ballerina came to an end naturally, I experienced what most dancers go through: a sense of what's next? Who am I without dancing, and where do I belong in the world? My experience was similar after having children. Both points in my life were beautiful.
Often these transitions are scary and unsettling, because we are letting go of a life we knew and entering something unknown, which will naturally lead us down a new path if we let go and allow life to lead us.
After travelling the world at the end of my dance career, I returned to the UK. After being a professional ballerina who toured the world dancing, I found myself in Leicester.
My stillness and sense of disconnect allowed me to look inward. For the first time, I experienced personal growth and spiritual teachings.
I searched for inspiration and guidance in our local library for my own life and journey. A book flew off the shelf and fell into my hands. It was titled Kabbalah. When I read the first few pages, I felt like my spirit was on fire, and I knew I had found something.
After returning home, I read the book again and again. While the concepts blew my mind, something felt deeply resonant with my soul, as if I was reawakening ancient knowledge I had long forgotten about myself.
Curious, I went online to find the nearest Kabbalah centre in London, which is in London. I wanted to learn these spiritual things from the teacher with all my heart. I felt alive, and I knew I had learned more about personal growth and spiritual teachings.
Every week, I would travel to London for a 2-hour educational session. After taking all the courses, I felt excited about life again and my discoveries.
However, I was torturing myself with these courses. Consequently, I enrolled in a SunPower Yoga teacher training course. Having been a ballerina and now integrating my personal spiritual development, following my love for the body felt natural.
I became fond of the Kabbalah centre. At one point, I considered dedicating myself to its work. I pursued my passion for dance education and earned my MA in dance choreography.
My co-creation of a dance school resulted from this.
As children do, I then had my family, which was another opportunity for deep reflection. Although my life was changed for the better, my wants and desires were also altered.
After having my second child, I became interested in our health and wellbeing. I am now a mother of two beautiful children. There was an interplay between my interests and happenings, movement, personal development, and lifestyle.
I now have some beautiful space in Leicester, Oadby and online where people come together, learn about ourselves, and live happier, healthier lives.
This is Life On Pointe. It's a business I can run while being a parent and doing what I love.
