The modern lifestyle is filled with distractions, long working hours, social pressures and expectations, social media, and electronic gadgets. These distractions distract us from our centre and connection to who we are. Many of us get caught up in being a "human doing" rather than a "human being" and experiencing life through presence and awareness.
We feel uneasy when we are misaligned with our true nature. We become tired, overwhelmed, anxious, unmotivated and even depressed. Finally, these are all signs we need to find stillness, calm the mind, reconnect with ourselves, and remember who we are.
In times of darkness and confusion, yoga and taking time out for ourselves help us move into a space of relaxation, self-knowledge, renewal, and presence. This makes us feel like ourselves again, more centred, re-energised, self-aware, and happy.
When we relax and are fully present, we feel light, inflow, and connected to ourselves. The world is easier to navigate. We feel healthier, happier, and more in control of ourselves.

You will enjoy delicious plant-based foods and experience the uplifting power of whole foods and tasty recipes.
Suppose you want more support around your diet and creating healthier habits. In that case, you talk directly with a nutritionist and taste different flavours and recipes.
Each day includes a morning yoga class, including breath work and meditation, and an evening restorative yoga practice ending with Yoga Nidra (or deep relaxation) to fully relax the nervous system and allow the mind and body to consume the experiences of your day; improving your emotional, physical, and mental well wellbeing. So again, whether you are a beginner to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, these guided practices help you find yourself within, learn more about your practice, and experience feeling good from the inside out.
We invite you to participate in a mindful activity in the middle of each day, depending on where you are and how long you will be there.
Mindful activities are light and fun, allowing us to experience new things, breathe fresh energy into our wellbeing, and enjoy and connect with our surroundings and nature.
Activities include beach or hill walks, swimming, surfing, dance therapy, massage, heart circles, and outdoor cacao ceremonies.
