The Wellness Collective club is passionate about helping you stay grounded. Every morning from 6:30 to 7:00 a.m., we practice our Miracle Morning, which includes mediation, reading, affirmations, movement, education, and goal setting.

The BeWell Club is the best morning routine for mental health. A collective of holistic practitioners takes it to guide this morning's practice. We use techniques rooted in yoga to help us stay grounded, peaceful and energised for the day.
When we quiet the mind in the morning, we create space for ourselves and our well-being.
If you are new to meditation, this is a great way to start your practice. Be led through a practice to help you calm your mind and focus on yourself. Then, start a 30-minute morning practice that lets you tune in and settle. g Begin by being before your busy day begins.

It's incredible how much you can achieve in 30 minutes. This morning's practice flows nicely and gives you enough time to quieten your mind and focus on yourself and your energy. You will be prompted the whole way.
You must bring a notebook, a personal development book, and yourself.
If you are new to reading personal development books, we recommend starting with The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.
You can join a 1 hour online Book Club session at 10:00 am every Sunday.
During this session, a success coach will discuss each week's fundamental concepts of a different personal development book. This allows you to learn all the key ideas and principles and apply them to your life without reading the book. Learning about the book first can help you decide whether it suits your current needs.
