My 30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond nutrition-focused programme is for you if you're serious about kick-starting your journey to a more vibrant version of yourself.


A healthy diet helps us feel good from the inside out. Foods that improve digestion and prevent symptoms can improve gut health.

Nutrition is not a diet, but a lifestyle.

We will automatically address our nutritional choices when we address our lifestyle choices.


Health is about looking at ourselves as a whole and considering our physical and mental health. This will enable us to make sustainable dietary changes to improve our well-being. 


People think feeling tired, sluggish, and gaining weight as they age is normal, but we were built to survive and thrive. Our busy modern-day lifestyle and lack of self-care leads to fatigue, stress, disease, and weight gain.


Most modern-day diseases like type 2 diabetes, inflammation, hypertension, insomnia, heart problems, headaches, sugar addiction and obesity can be eased or prevented by changing lifestyle and dietary choices.


Life on Pointe Nutrition will guide you through learning about your body gently and holistically. 


Key areas of our health we will focus on improving through this 30 days to Healthy Living and Beyond programme: 


1. Eating Alkaline Forming Foods

With whole foods and vegan supplements, we will ensure that your body's HP level is balanced and slightly alkaline. This keeps the body in a healthy environment. Disease, pain, and inflammation respond to too many acidic foods.


2. Understanding our Gut Health and Microbiome

We will support the gut and rebalance the microbiome through vegan supplements by eating whole foods. Since these supplements do not dissolve in stomach acid, they work on the gut, the gut lining, the production of healthy bacteria, and the microbiome's health.


3. Balancing our Hormones Through Adequate Nutrition

Our gut is the hub of our health, producing the hormones that keep our body functioning and operating within a healthy environment. When our hormones are balanced, it positively affects aches, pains, mood swings, insomnia, etc. 


4. Illuminating Toxins

Eating whole foods and vegan supplements will help the body release toxic buildup. We must be mindful of managing and relieving stress through various activities and reduce the stress the body is under when it is not adequately nourished.

By implementing nutrient-dense, plant-based whole foods into your daily routine, you create sustainable habits for a healthy lifestyle that lasts.

Key areas of our health we will improve through this programme are:

We will balance your body's pH level with whole foods and vegan supplements, keeping it in a healthy environment. Eating too many acid-forming foods can cause pain, inflammation, and disease.


2. Gut Health

When we eat whole foods that serve our bodies, we support the gut correctly. We will balance the microbiome with vegan supplements that dissolve stomach acid. Instead, they work on the gut, the gut lining, and the production of healthy bacteria. This is how we keep the microbiome alive and serve us.

  • Reducing processed snacks and introducing healthier options that serve the body     


Lifestyle is about balance. I always encourage an 80/20 approach to health, whereby we are 80% fuelling our body consciously and the other 20% enjoying ourselves with moderate indulgences. By resetting the body and regaining control of our health through these simple adjustments, we will regain our energy, confidence, and inner light shine again.

What does a day on the programme look like?

Creating new healthy habits is essential in this process. Therefore, every morning, we will clean and nurture our gut health before putting any food inside our body. Why? We want enzymes to work on healing and balancing the gut microbiome rather than eating the food we put in the gut. 


This is simply a drink we take 30 minutes before we eat anything, and in combination with whole foods and a balanced diet, I'll notice changes in:

You will receive a nutritional guide and a complete recipe book that covers all dietary requirements, including meat, vegan, and vegetarian. 


These books are packed with information. We will look at your basal metabolic rate and calculate precisely what your body needs to increase your exercise levels to ensure you are eating enough. We often think we need to eat less to change, but we must eat the right foods to change our health.

Detox Tea and Fizz Sticks

Our liver is our detoxification organ. It converts toxins into waste, helping remove them from the body. Metabolising nutrients cleanses the blood. This organ plays a vital role in maintaining our overall health. We should be mindful to look after our liver and not overload it with unhealthy foods, drugs, and alcohol. 


On the 30-day programme, we will support our liver by reducing the amount of caffeine we consume. We will also replace our coffee with a natural energy drink called a Fizz Stick, derived from Guatemala and Ginseng.


We will also reduce our black tea consumption and introduce dandelion detox teas, which will help our liver detoxify. We will remove the toxins from our bodies and replenish them with nutritionally dense foods.
