Our liver is our detoxification organ. Converting toxins into waste helps remove them from the body. Metabolising nutrients cleanses the blood. This organ plays a vital role in maintaining our overall health. We should be mindful to look after our liver and not overload it with unhealthy foods, drugs, and alcohol.
