Corporate wellbeing programmes are now widely recognised for improving employee productivity and reducing absenteeism and sickness, whilst reducing healthcare costs.


Your workforce can learn how to improve their lives and performance at work through our corporate yoga and meditation programs. They will gain new insights about their bodies and minds, and simple and practical tools that will benefit them.


We provide a customisable corporate yoga meditation programme, led by myself, Cheryl Wimperis as your meditation and corporate yoga instructor, which can be delivered in as little as 30 minutes, or 1 hour, half or a full day. 


Depending on your work, specific beginner yoga sequence practices will be taught and then practised together to enable employees to learn to support their wellbeing, mentally and physically.


Everyone involved will learn yoga and meditation exercises that improve strength, flexibility, posture, mental clarity, focus and function.


Additionally, the corporate yoga session will provide everyone with information and guidance to help sustain the employee health benefits of their practice. It will also provide options for ongoing private yoga class and private one-on-one or group sessions in person or online yoga sessions.


Corporate yoga programs will provide your corporate workers with tools to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. This helps with:

Yoga meditation Sessions for Corporate Events

Business Yoga and Meditation

Our "Business Yoga Meditation" sessions are perfect for pre-meetings, workshops, community events, incentive programmes, or wellness events. Each session will be tailored to fit the group's needs. I design sessions based on factors such as the size and background of the group, their nationality, the purpose of the event, what they did before and what they will do after the session, and if participants already know each other.


During the 30 minute session, no yoga clothes or yoga mats are required. An internet connection (if it is done online) and a chair are all you need!


Sessions are suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. There is no better way to start or end your day at work or break between meetings with customers and colleagues. That's it!


This corporate yoga programme improves your employees' physical and emotional wellbeing, satisfaction, motivation, performance, workplace productivity, commitment, and loyalty. 


My Business Yoga is suitable for hotels venues, conference centres, schools and conference organisers from all fields.

Online and Classes In-Person

Both online (virtual corporate yoga) and in-person private or regular yoga classes are available! Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and wellness workshops are all available online internationally.

What do we practice during the session?

Practice Suitable for Your Employee's Needs

After the consultation, we will create a corporate yoga session specific to your employee’s needs. All sessions will include:


  • Breath work to help integrate awareness and the nervous system
  • Seated (chair yoga) and standing exercises improve mobility and strengthen 
  • Exercise to ease work-induced pain (neck pain, back pain, joints) and discomfort
  • Advice around nutrition to help improve mental and physical performance and employee well-being


These sessions can be done in person or online yoga sessions.

FREE Breathework and Meditation

All participants will receive free recorded exercise to practice at home or in the office. These will include:


  • Breathing techniques (Breathe work)
  • Meditation: 2mins, 5mins, 10 mins to help quickly calm and focus the mind
  • Exercises specific to the session

FREE Nutritional Guide

Nutritional advice will also be offered during the session, with some samples to try. The length of the nutrition talk depends on the time allocated to the session.


All participants will receive a FREE nutritional guidebook, including meal plans and recipes.

BeWell Club

All participants will be invited to join the Wellness Collective called The BeWell Club. This is a FREE online session, Monday to Friday, dedicated to improving mindset and wellbeing. Holistic practitioners run these sessions.


From 6:30 am to 7:00 am Monday to Friday, we practice:
