Our "Business Yoga Meditation" sessions are perfect for pre-meetings, workshops, community events, incentive programmes, or wellness events. Each session will be tailored to fit the group's needs. I design sessions based on factors such as the size and background of the group, their nationality, the purpose of the event, what they did before and what they will do after the session, and if participants already know each other.
During the 30 minute session, no yoga clothes or yoga mats are required. An internet connection (if it is done online) and a chair are all you need!
