My name is Cheryl Wimperis. I am a former professional ballerina, holistic wellbeing coach, and yoga instructor.
I had an incredible dance career after training at the Royal Ballet School. Dance training taught me a lot about the body, and it is a demanding career. When I discovered yoga, it opened me to more dimensions of myself I had never experienced before energy work, breathing, healing, and self-awareness. That's where my passion for yoga practice and personal development deepened. This has positively impacted all areas of my life, as I fully appreciated a holistic approach to life and wellbeing.
My dance career introduced me to yoga, and I immediately saw its value and benefits. We can learn how to improve our physical strength, flexibility, mobility, and mental wellbeing through yoga. We can also wellbeing ourselves by learning how to handle anxiety, overwhelm, depression, high blood pressure, and many diseases within the body.
With yoga, we move out of our heads and into our bodies, which helps us feel more content, connected, confident, and in control. Learning how to liberate the body, mind, and spirit improves our quality of life.
I now teach in Leicester in person as a yoga instructor in Oadby and privately one-to-one via an online subscription service and live online yoga classes UK. Plus, I have developed a series of yoga, wellbeing, and nutritional courses for you to follow along and enjoy.
Join me in this wonderful journey together!
I had to change. Even with my anxiety, I felt there was more I could do. Through the nutritional detox, I refocused on myself. I found it simple and different from what I was used to, and soon, all my worries and apprehensions vanished. The costs are like what I spend on food and going out anyway, and it isn't time-consuming, difficult, or bland. It just works.
Fizz Sticks are my favourite, but I like them all! I am happy and positive as my energy and mental health have improved. I have enjoyed every step of my journey and continue to eat healthily and live well.
Life on Pointe Nutrition and mindset graduate of the Healthy Habits Program.
The programme has taught me about myself and given me the tools to develop myself into a much calmer person. It's been an eye-opening journey that has allowed me to see myself in various ways.
The tools and methods given on the programme are so powerful that I can always keep coming back and tackling everything. It made me feel invincible. I've humbly loved every second of the journey.
Life on Pointe Graduate of the Mind Health Programme
I was constantly pulling myself down and talking negatively to myself. Now I have the tools to acknowledge my negative self-talk and hit it on the head with meditation, gratitude and an abundance mindset.

I love whom I am becoming, and I love my courage. I love my enthusiasm.
Life on Pointe Graduate of the Mind Health Programme
I am so glad I started this programme to help myself. I knew I had to help myself, but I didn't know how to do it. I feel I have learned so much from this programme, and the tools are helping me a lot. It's been a rewarding experience for me.

The way that has always fascinated Cheryl, the human body moves. It was during her dance career that she discovered yoga. In her first class, she was amazed at how these tools enabled her to connect her body, mind, and energy deeply, creating an inner sense of calm and freedom.
Having completed her Sun Power Yoga 200-hour RYS Yoga Alliance Certification and her Level 3 and 4 Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Qualifications.
