The Mind Health Programme teaches you how to stop living with anxiety and overwhelm by rewiring your thinking patterns to create more self-confidence, inner peace, and clarity.
Do you ever doubt yourself where it holds you back from making the progress you wish to make in life?
Is it frustrating to see others sail through life, but you seem stuck in the same place?
Do you speak negatively towards yourself?
Do you contend with overwhelming panic attacks?
Are you feeling like something inside you wants to be freed?
Do you want to live with more purpose and joy?
Life can be so hectic and full of distractions that we don't always proactively work on our psychological health. It can all seem too much like there is no way out.
It was easy to get caught up in the "doing" of life rather than focusing on "Being."
When we are too busy doing it, there is so much to do each day. Or maybe we feel lost with no direction, and hopelessness has set in. These experiences then trigger anxiety.
The anxiety kicks in, and suddenly, we can't think clearly. We feel panicky, sweaty, claustrophobic, and so overwhelmed that simple practices like eating, sleeping, and making quick decisions (let alone having fun!) become very difficult.
There are about 270 million people worldwide who struggle with anxiety disorders. People struggle with the pressure of a fast-paced modern lifestyle.
Luckily, there is a remedy! Improve your mental health with our mind health programme.
But it takes some focus on our mental health and thinking patterns. Mindfulness teaches how to slow down, quieten the mind and become present!
Many people don't realise what creates anxiety because we weren't taught these fundamental tools from an early age. As adults, we must unlearn our behaviour and programming and develop healthier programmes based on truth and knowledge of who we are.
We practice anxiety when we are not present. Anxiety is created when we are not in our body but in our headspace.
In our headspace, we overanalyse and overthink. We worry about the future and find it hard to let go of the past relatively, rather than being centred on what is happening now, in the moment of our experience. This keeps our mind and body in a state of quality.
A person suffering from anxiety may experience panic attacks, shortness of breath, low self-esteem, feeling trapped, questioning oneself constantly, agoraphobia, losing sight of what is important, comparing oneself to others and one's own life, and a general sense of discontent.
Mindfulness techniques allow us to practise strengthening the mind and calming the "monkey mind," as we call this in Yoga.
Being still allows us to observe ourselves and our thoughts without becoming engrossed. We are learning how to accept thoughts and let them go effortlessly to control our emotions and well-being and deepen our connection to our True Selves.
Mindfulness allows us to deepen our subconscious and discover our limiting belief system, holding us back with inconsistent mental health. We can create new neurological pathways that support our life, growth and purpose.
Mindfulness practice has a positive impact on our mental well-being. For example:

Are you overthinking self-doubt practice and your learning with 7:00 am........... meditation practice? Overthinking. Do you struggle with anxiety and want to learn mindfulness techniques that will help calm the racing mind?
All of my students have noticed significant changes in their mental well-being after practising these mindfulness tools, which has positively impacted their confidence, happiness, and life in general.
When we struggle with anxiety, overthinking, procrastination or self-doubt, these are all signs that we are not centred and need to relearn how to move back into our body and become present.
Being "present" helps us let go of attachments and worries about the future and hold on to the past. When we are present, we heal, find clarity, and find direction, which is very difficult when the mind seems so loud.
Through daily mindfulness techniques, meditations and coaching, this simple but practical structure allows us to relax, open up and help improve the following:
As part of this mind health programme, you can also access live morning meditation and mindfulness every Monday through Friday from 6.30-7.00 am. Led by a collective of holistic practitioners, you can put your learning into practice with our Miracle Morning Routine.
Life on Pointe addresses three main pillars of health: nutrition, movement, and mind health. These pillars inform each other and help our ascension and personal growth.
Suppose you feel you are ready for an immersive experience. Why not look at our Lifestyle Programme, which combines all these pillars in a supportive and nurturing programme? Tools that will improve the quality of your life through self-empowering education
This is a meditation-led process as we strengthen our minds and rewire our thought patterns and personal energy systems. We are creating new neurological pathways to align our thinking habits with who we are.
Much of our thinking is habitual and unconscious; we're running on outdated belief systems we've inherited from our family, our ancestors, societal conditioning, and the collective majority mind.
We often want something, but our energy isn't aligned with what we wish for because of subconscious programming and conditioning.
It's time to rewrite these programs and live life on your terms. This is freedom, ahen we start to experience happiness and inner freedom.
Here, we are learning about our true Self to know who we are, what we want, and where we are heading. Once we start to guide.,magic happens in our lives
Each week, we focus on a new meditation and development within our practice to help us develop the ability to quieten the mind and tune in to our energy and guidance. The meditations include:
These are all guided meditations suitable if you have never meditated before.
Daily 5-10-minute videos invite you to practice a new mindfulness technique and embed it into your everyday activities.
