A Path To Holistic Health

Yoga is the union of the individual Self with the universal self.

The modern lifestyle is filled with distractions, long working hours, expectations and comparisons, social media, and electronic gadgets. Our distractions distract us from our centre and connection to our true identity. Many of us get caught up in being a "human doing" rather than a "human being" and experiencing life through presence and awareness.


We feel uneasy when we are misaligned with our true nature. We become tired, overwhelmed, anxious, unmotivated and even depressed. Finally, these are all signs we need to find stillness, calm the mind, reconnect with ourselves, and remember who we are.


In times of darkness and confusion, yoga helps us move into a space of abundance, knowledge, wisdom, and presence. Then, we feel like ourselves again, more self-aware, and happy.


Centred and fully present, we feel light, inflow, and connection to ourselves, and the world seems easier to navigate. Our quality of life is better. We are drawn to opportunities and experiences and live in flow with flow.

What is the Life On Pointe Healthy Lifestyle Programme?

For those who want to improve their quality of life.

Do you struggle with your physical and mental wellbeing, high blood pressure caused by stress and burnout, inflammation, T2 diabetes, excess weight gain, pain within the body, and poor posture? 


All these physical diseases signify that our emotional body isn't functioning correctly.

This Healthy Lifestyle Programme will give you a holistic path to healing and wellbeing. We will study the critical areas of our bodywork, including our energy and emotional body, and we will use practical tools to improve:

  • Your physical activity and your relationship with your body

Weekly Movement and Exercise Practice

Each week in a healthy lifestyle programme, we will develop a yoga-based practice to support your physical connection and wellbeing. We will learn how to:


  • Calm the mind
  • Become more present
  • Calm the nervous system
  • Breathe correctly
  • Develop flows to help strengthen and stretch the body
  • Deep relaxation to help restore our energy and wellbeing 

Recorded Yoga Flow and Ballet Barres

For those times when you want to try something new, you'll have access to short yoga flows, deep yoga conditioning, and 15-minute ballet barres. They will target:


  • Core work
  • Leg work and stability
  • Strength training
  • Flexibility

Weekly Learning About our Body and Mind Relationship

You will have the opportunity to understand the workings of the body and the energy body. Topics will include:


  • Breathe work
  • 6 energy bodies
  • Nervous system
  • Gut health
  • Chakras
  • Mind Health
  • The path to yoga

Weekly Meditations

Meditation is non-neglectable in this process. We will establish a daily meditation practice.


We will use 10 different guided meditations that help us relax and centre ourselves so that we can focus on a different aspect of ourselves and our healing process.

Weekly Chakra Study

We have 7 energy centres along our central column. Each week, we will move progressively through the chakras.


Our movement practice will help us focus on the chakras, identifying if they are blocked or flowing. This study of our chakra will help us develop a self-healing process. 

Mind Health

Join a community of holistic practitioners for a "Miracle Morning" session every weekday from 6:30 am - 7:00 am.

Recipes and Meal Planning

We will send you our Life On Pointe Nutritional Guide, which contains everything you need to know about nutrition. I designed this guide to provide practical information.
