Our distractions pull us away from our centre and our connection to who we truly are. Many of us get caught up in being a "human doing" rather than being a "human being" and experiencing life through presence and awareness.
We feel uneasy when we are misaligned with our true nature. We become tired, overwhelmed, anxious, unmotivated and even depressed. Finally, these are all signs that we need to find stillness, calm the mind, reconnect with ourselves, and remember who we are.
In times of darkness and confusion, yoga helps us move into a space of abundance, knowledge, wisdom, and presence, and then we felt like ourselves again, more aware, self-aware, and happy.
Centred and fully present, we feel light, inflow, connection to ourselves, and the world seems easier to navigate. Our quality of life is better. We are drawn to opportunities and experiences, and we live in flow with flow.

We will use 10 different guided mediations that help us relax and centre ourselves, so that we can focus on a different aspect of ourselves and our healing process.
We have 7 energy centres along our central column. Each week we will move progressively through the chakras.
Our movement practice will help us focus on the chakras, identifying if they are blocked or flowing. This study of our chakra will help us develop a self-healing process.
